An overcast and breezy day but the threat of rain did not materialize till on the way home. Kerith spent the day doing the laundry and preparing dinner, we had Ralph Sutcliffe coming by for dinner and a visit.
Byron was feeling under the weather today and spent it doing some repairs in the container. Dave and Joe made a triple assault on the mucked out piles from the east and west crosscuts, the pile I made in the pocket zone back from the face that had the floor blasted and finally the face. The face shows a lot of alteration but not much promise but will not know for sure until we can get in there and hose things down. I did more mucking out near the pocket zones near the face till about noon then moved over to the West Crosscut again after Will and Carl had finished moving the mess made on Friday there. We spent the time after lunch moving the area of the old Rat Hole pocket down and found several tubs worth of specimens but are still a good 18" or more from the bottom of the zone. Today's pictures show Will and Carl in action. Not much else to report at his juncture.
Thatís all the news there is.
